This must be the biggest book I've handled here at work yet. (Though there were far larger ones at UW-P if you include things like legal ledgers, tax rolls, and bound immigration records.)

Textbook of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. Over 11 pounds and 2100 pages.

I wonder why the paperback version is so much more expensive than the hardback? Maybe its because the paperback version is in two volumes so people can actually carry it around?

---Oh, I see. The paperback is the second edition. I wonder whether it's even worth trying to sell the first edition then.
