A quote from a guest on the episode of Freakonomics I'm listening to on the topic of CRISPR and gene editing. He was expressing worries about what widely-available, accurately predictive genomic data would do for long-term relationships (among other things). People might want to know all about their potential mate's DNA becacuse:
"Phenotypes are for hookups, but genotypes are forever."
