The short answer is 'Not really, but we're managing.'
I have anxiety and fear that something horrible is going to happen to our apartment when Miriam and I are both out. I'm a little scared of using the stove sometimes. Sometimes I think of my cat and what happened to him and it hurts so much. There's still a lot of chaos and it's hard to just be in the present moment and feel safe.
But things keep getting better, a little bit at a time.

There's so much joy in being who I am, now that I know. I have a consultation for laser hair removal on my face and neck tomorrow and I think I'll feel a lot better about going out dressed fem once I don't have obvious stubble. I had money put aside for that before all this and refusing to let the fire derail that feels good. I'm pretty excited about it!
