Nifty! I have not heard of Carmilla, but I am very out of the loop on current media. Our friends we stayed with after the fire got Miriam and I started on Our Flag Means Death and Owl House, and those are about the only current properties I know!

ETA: Oh, I see that Carmilla was written in 1872, so I guess it's only modern by certain definitions of modernity. It looks interesting!
