Thanks. I've been a little worried about that myself. Sometimes I feel a need to get up and make sure the oven and such things are off after lying down, but I've usually managed to not get up and check. Miriam once helped me logically think through what we did that evening how likely it was that the oven would still be on, and realizing that the possibility was pretty remote helped.
As far as CBT or other therapy, I'm still not a legal resident, and even if I was mental health coverage is SK is pretty awful. I don't feel like I can spend money on seeing a therapist regularly. There is an online CBT course that I've thought maybe I should do, but it's been hard to find motivation.
