No we don't support that software. We did not install it, configure it, or otherwise set it up. It was not on your laptop when we gave it to you. I can't tell you why it's not working. It's not our software. I can't tell you how to fix it. The new hire manual that you recieved when you started here specifically states that we do not support that software.

Betcha if I deleted his NT account, little things like getting MSN Messenger to work would be much less important all of a sudden....
