Got woken up last night by my brother, who informed me that police had been at the door. Seems someone was going around the neighborhood rifling through unlocked cars and they wanted to inform us. Jim checked and found contents of the Oldsmobile's glove compartment stacked up in a pile on the seat, but nothing was missing since nothing important is in there anyway. The officer also commented on the 'SCA gear' in the back of the Prism; I had left a belt with puch and tankard on it there. Even if it was actually ren faire stuff and not for SCA, I find it very cool that an officer of the law is familiar with such things at all. I'm also rather glad there was no reason for him to have seen the sword in the trunk. Heh. I actually slept through all of this. I was too tired to do much more than acknowledge the situation and go back to sleep since it didn't seem to be an emergency.

Tonight I've sat up far too late playing Fatal Frame on the PS2 and eating some of the contents of our refrigerator, which seems to have stopped working. It's always something, isn't it? But I'm tired, so I'm going to bed now. *yawn and sleepy mumble* Only two days 'till Andrea gets here...
