I took a few shots of the kendo team as well. To my surprise, kendo was not nearly as interesting to watch to me as I expected it to be. As Lisa noted, there are a lot of aspects to Kendo that may only make sense if you know at least a little bit about the art form already.

Regardless, I did get a few neat photos. The speaker for the group talked about the influence of Kendo on Star Wars lightsaber fighting, and this photo in particular looks rather Star Wars-esque to me.
