The juxtaposition of the partial art installation in the foreground and the abandoned material silos and what could be the base of a steel watchtower in the background give this composition a strong, unexpectedly prisonesque atmosphere.

Looking back, it's a little jarring to see this image coming from such a light-hearted, tourist-focused space.
