School is Coming
I have school. Starting next week. When did that happen?
On the plus side, I had a sort of revelation about personal time and stuff management that has had me feeling a bit less stressed for the last few days. I'm giving up a little bit of the need I've felt to control all my stuff. Things are ok sitting in boxes. I don't have to have all my boxes of stuff organized and weeded in order to relax and enjoy the fact that the stuff I actually interact with regularly is organized and findable. I don't have to have accomplished all of the reading that I want to have done in order to feel good about the reading I have done. And so on for editing photos, organizing files....
I'm feeling a bit more like going out of the house and being social, seeing people, not sitting at home trying to do all the things.
I hope I can continue to feel that way as the semester starts up once again. (And, of course, sometimes school really does mean that I have to sit home and do all the things! But not all the time. Not all the time.)
