If I can get everything cleaned out of the condo, I can stay with Erik until I move. That's a wonderful offer, and also makes for strong motivation to get moving. Even if I can just get it down to the big furniture, then I could make plans to meet people who want to come buy it or cart it away.
I've been stuck on trying to decide about selling or donating things because I feel like I *should* sell things, but I *hate* actually trying to sell stuff so I just kind of sit on them. I'm going to set a value of $100-ish dollars. If I don't expect to get at least that for something, it's probably not worth the time and hassle and anxiety and frustration of trying to sell it.
Tonight, I'm going to get the front closet cleaned out!

We have an offer on the place and are negotiating right now, but I don't know if it's going to work out. If it doesn't, we're now aiming to save up a couple of months expenses on the condo so I can come to Amstelveen and find a job so we can afford both places. I don't know exactly when that will happen, but hopefully near or before the new year.
