stormdogI want to make a dental appointment so I tried to get my insurance info from work's website. My login info doesn't work, so I tried to fill out the contact form for Delta Dental, but submitting the form gave me a blank page twice in a row so I may have to call.
Then I tried to enroll in a transportation spending account to pay for train rides with pre-tax money. I found a page that has a link to a benefits portal that says to go there to enroll. Clicking the link takes me to a page that says to learn how to enroll, click this link. Clicking that link takes me to a benefits portal page that has a link to click on to enroll. Infinite loop; see loop, infinite. I guess I'll have to call.
I hope making an appointment to replace my passport is easier.
