It's such a relief when I have occasional spans of four or five seconds when my jaw isn't aching. I'm going to have to get out the telescoping inspection mirror I use to read the underside of electronic components and look at the inside of my mouth. It will be gross and I'm kind of scared to. I also don't know what I'd do if I can see bone anyway. I did buy an oral irrigation syringe from Amazon, so at least I can do my best to to keep the area clean.
