I started with electrolysis because the US FDA recognizes it as a permanent hair removal method whereas they call laser long-term but not permanent.
Electrolysis was so awful! I mean, I don't have to tell you that! But she would spent an hour a week *just* on my upper lip, and it didn't seem to make any meaningful difference. The testing they did with the laser today hurt so much less, and they said they can do my whole face and neck in 20 minutes. Wow!
