Something about work is sucking the motiviation to do anything useful quite entirely out of me. Do I try to balance my bank account, write, and study between calls, or do I sneak in as much time as I can playing Dragon Warrior and Final Fantasy at everyvideogame.com? *sigh* Decisions, decisions.

Andrea stayed up late working on Ebay last night and I went to bed early, not even staying up to watch Antiques Roadshow with her, and getting very little done. In light of this, I'm feeling all pathetic and co-dependant and missing her.

Plus side for today? I'm finally going to try the dehydrated blue cheese mashed potatoes that Andrea and I bought at a dollar store several months ago for lunch today. Oddly, I'm looking forward to this.

I just registered rooms for two conventions. I've never booked a hotel room before. I feel so grown up in a paradoxically childish sort of way.

It's interesting listening to people in a call center now that I work in one. I hear the exact same steps of call processing that I follow and they phrase things exactly the same way. ("Thank you for calling xy, my name is z. How can I help you today? Insert the rest of the call. Anything else I can help you with? Thank you for calling xy.") I laughed after I got off the phone.

I will write about this weekend soon. I promised myself. I spent most of today between calls playing Wizardry IV and I feel kind of bad about that (half simply because I failed to get anywhere and my cleric and thief got axed on my second trip into the dungeon), but I did get my check book balanced so I could finally reserve rooms. I'm sorry I took so long unclevlad. Plus Andrea and I are getting lots of packing done tonight. We went out for our weekly game at Dragonmead. Such a wonderful place. We thought about not going tonight, but we realized that we only have so many more weeks to go and decided to go out despite all the things that we need to do here. I'm glad we did.

Things are going out of the house much faster than they are coming in for the first time since we've moved here. This is a good thing!

Oh, almost forgot. I'm supposed to get my new computer at work tomorrow. Hopefully the keyboard will be better and my wrist won't hurt quite so much after coming home anymore. I really need to do something about that.
