Oct. 25th, 2007 02:23 pmI have a stupidly large number of old tickets in my queue. My current count of tickets assigned to me right now is 73. Most of them are from before I was out sick and I am happily ignoring nearly all of them while I work on catching up on new hire system builds.
I'm hoping that by the time I'm done with the five or six more laptops I need to configure and ship, a significant amount of my open tickets will have become old enough to be moot, if they aren't already, and I can bounce along through them and close them with bright, happy little notes saying "Have not heard back from user." or "Customer resolved the issue." as though I were skipping through a meadow picking pretty little wildflowers to add to my armful of daisies. Ahhhhhhh.
