Sep. 12th, 2013 11:05 pmI'm having a hard time, lately, getting myself to concentrate on things I should be doing. I feel like I don't have enough time to do all the things I want to do, and then I spend too much time every evening on social networking and things like that. Ironically, I still feel like I don't have enough time to do all the writing about my life and experiences that I'd like to do on platforms like this either! But a lot of the time I'm on social media, I'm not sitting and writing. Instead, I'm endlessly refreshing Livejournal, Facebook, Google Plus, Gmail, my school email, Flickr, and other things.
I need to figure out how to stop that. Maybe some scheduling would help.
For now though, I'm going to put a few tasks in my calendar for tomorrow. A lesson plan for next week's SI session (I should write about how that first one went). The reading I need to do for next week. Working on some Spanish would be nice; that keeps slipping behind other things.
And also for now, I'm going to close this browser. Good night all!
