(no subject)

My body: "Hey, it's time to get up!"
My brain: "Really? But it's only four o' clock."
My body: "That's the best time to get up and do stuff!"
My brain: "I'd really rather sleep for another four hours or so."
My body: "You realize this is not a request, right?"

My sleeping was fitful anyway. Lots of achy joint stuff happening.

Dropbox Problems

Dropbox on my tablet was letting me read and markup PDF documents and sync them with my Dropbox folder. It's awesome. But now it's not working. I just tried mucking around with other options to get the commented version of a book I read copied off the tablet and I think I just lost all the comments. On a multi-hundred page book.

It's not one I needed for class or anything, but it's aggravating, and now I don't trust this method for reading and marking up PDFs.

Surprise call from my girlfriend; yay!

My wonderful partner Danae just called and talked to me (given the state of my voice, I mostly listened) for about half an hour. I've felt a little lonely and disconnected this weekend, and her timing was perfect. Spending a little time together, even by phone, is a mood-lifter.
