New Bike, Nice Day

I had a thoroughly wonderful day today, and buying a new-to-me bike (more on that later) was not the best part by far. I'm so glad I decided to see if Danae wanted me to drop by on the way home from the south Loop. We got dinner together and had a very nice evening.

But it's super late and I need to get to bed. I have totally failed at trying to get something like 8 hours of sleep again, but I don't mind. There are always more nights.... *yawns*

New bike, new blog

I finally went ahead and created bike-focused blog on Wordpress. It's something of an experiment, since I've never used Wordpress before and know neither the interface, nor how to promote such a thing. I've often looked around for people blogging about bicycling in Wisconsin, but the vast majority of what's out there is about Madison. Which is a great city, I know! But I'm here in Kenosha, which is rather more suburban.
