Daily Doings

I got a draft done of the (for class only) NSF proposal I need to do. I'm going to work on this Powerpoint for another hour or so. Then I'm going to bike to Lincoln Park and watch the sun rise from the top of the hill. Then I'm going to go to the Wegman's a few miles away and buy some pizza, including one deep dish style pie 'cause I've been craving one. Then, I might cook a pizza for dinner/breakfast and take a nap.

'Cause I'm sure you all care deeply about my plans for the day. I feel so good with classes done...

No Deep Dish Pizza

Another item that apparently central New Yorkers do not eat: deep dish pizza. No such animal at either Wegman's *or* Price Chopper when I made a slight detour to try there.

A foreign land, I tell you.

At least I got a nice 8 miles of bicycling in and saw dawn over the north side of Syracuse. Even with too much mist and too many clouds to see the sun, the light was gorgeous.

Back to Work

I slept another five and a half hours, and am now going to get started on the 5000 word paper that's due on Monday. Oh boy!
