I've Been Examined!

The exam was fine. I had to park kind of far away because I forgot about parking meters and had no change, but I got there just a couple minutes late and that didn't cause issues. I gave the person who took my measurements a list of medications I'm on and she didn't have anything to say, so that was a relief. While I was waiting for the doctor, though, someone came out to get my medication bottles for him to look at, so I got anxious again. Once I actually saw him, though, he commented that he knows Dr. Clark (who prescribed my HRT stuff) really well, and that was the only thing he said about it. I'm so glad it's done!

Being able to afford immigration is a privilege. The exam cost $190, and I now need to get an x-ray and bloodwork done, which will cost another $180. They're going to check me for TB, syphilis, and HIV, if I understand the forms correctly.
