Me: I see on your transfer form that you need the following: a phone and voicemail, an external hard drive with our demo software, and access to *application*. Which of those three items do you still need access to?
Him (and I quote): Let me check with *manager*. I'm not sure.
This has left me shaking my head for a good ten minutes. A phone? Yeah, I'm not sure if I have one of those. Let me ask my manager.
