stormdogI have an appointment with the neurologist. It's in Milwaukee on the morning of the 19th (for some reason I keep forgetting and thinking it's the 17th so I have to keep looking). I'll have to see if I can get half a day off.
I still have five more days off this year. My manager has asked, in light of how crazy work is right now, that I hold off on using them this year. In return, he'll 'unoffically' let me carry them over to next year by marking me as present on days I'm not. Officially, we can't carry over days until the new policy starts next year. So I'm going to have something like six or seven weeks off next year! This pleases me.

moiracoon and I are meeting up with posicat and novawolf, along with serinthia and todd_riverden for food at Sweet Tomatoes, followed by Todd and Serin and I driving down to Fry's, where I hope to find one or two things I'm looking for, or at least have a fun time looking around in general.
This Friday, it sounds like I might be meeting up withtybis to hand over some hardware and perhaps consume tasty Asian cuisine. Sunday...I'm not sure yet. Working on more hardware to sell maybe.
Speaking of hardware...that lens I've been pining for for a year now is on Ebay again! This time, I just might break down and buy the thing. If my laptop sells, it should cover most of the cost. It's an out of production lens, is cheap for what it is, and has great reviews; I've been searching for it off an and for quite a while to use for interior shots. The wide angle should be great for a lot of the stuff I want to do underground and in abandoned buildings.
