Jan. 14th, 2010 05:09 pmToday's been grueling. Fortunately, the most grueling part is over.
I'm going to take a shower. That sounds really nice.
In the meantime, I haven't managed to get the rest of my Kiddieland pictures up, but here's a car. This Buick is on the grounds of the Forevertron near Baraboo, Wisconsin.
Anybody have any idea what year it is? I'm thinking '50s.
Abandoned Buick

Ok, the closest match I can find to this car is a 1950 Buick Super Eight (another one). But that extra cylinder in the center of the grill isn't there. By the time we get to the 1951 model, the grill is pretty substantially different. I looked for older models on Flicker, but the 1948 model has a totally different grill again. Maybe that extra bit in the middle is an add-on for a special model, or something after market?
