The last time my left wrist and arm hurt this much, I was working phone support for Ford and typing about 8 hours a day. I think it may be related to playing a lot of Diablo 3 this past weekend. It's bad enough that I'm typing one-handed to avoid further aggravation. I'm hoping it will be better tomorrow, but I think that regardless, I shouldn't take my bike to school tomorrow. I have dropped off my car for Super-mechanic Juan to work on, so I might use the bus tomorrow. I have an appointment to look at my ear and freeze warts (unrelated).

I'm hoping as well that foreignlegion can do some work on my arm on Thursday and offer suggestions on exercises to get more utility in this wrist. It's got me a bit worried, the way it seems to be getting worse. I know I've been more active lately, but I want to be able to be active!

I had a really nice evening chatting with Juan, his sister, and his wife (Who made us dinner!). I haven't seen much of them in a long time and was embarrassed to find they had moved and I didn't know. Juan showed me some neat tools that he had constructed out of some tools and motors I gave him a while back; that makes me happy on several levels.
