Ebay account thieves?

I got an email message containing an entire ebay log-in page in javascript. It pulls all sorts of data from what look like the official ebay servers and presents a user name/password screen. For a bit I was thouroughly convinced it was a password theft attempt. Now I'm not so sure and can't figure it out. Maybe somebody can help me. I'd love to know what this is since I thought ebay never sent stuff like this through email.
