I woke up at least four times last night from the same dream: I was supposed to be writing or presenting some kind of report for school, but I hadn't done any work on it and I was trying to skim enough information in a day or so to fake the presentation. I can't remember ever having the same dream multiple times at all, let alone in the span of one night.
My sleep has been difficult in general in the past months. When I start to fall asleep, a flash of tension or anxiety wakes me up. I have move around a bit to relax and get comfortable again before falling asleep. Not everyday, but often, and typically several times in a row.
That said, my depressive spans during the last month have been limited to hours rather than days, so there is definitely improvement. One of those spans was caused by playing a computer game in the living room while Danae was watching Jessica Jones on the TV. It looks like a good show, but later I asked her to use headphones when watching it because there's a bunch of stuff in it that I can't manage right now.
