Last night, I was having panic attacks because I misplaced the key to the shelter I work at. (Hopefully it's there somewhere; I had it on Thursday.) On top of various other stressors lately, that was more than I was up to managing. Dane strongly suggested I go to bed and I slept from 7 or so until about 7 this morning. I finally have enough sleep, and am feeling better than I have in a week or two. Yay!
