I left work early yesterday when an afternoon headache came on. By an hour or so in, the sharp pain was making me nauseated. The motion of the trains didn't help. I'm grateful to Danae who drove the several blocks from home to the station so I didn't have to walk. I'm not sure, but I think it might be my tooth/teeth. But maybe it's because my caffeine use has been creeping up as the amount of sleep I'm getting has crept down. Earlier bedtimes and fewer caffeinated beverages next week.

I went directly to bed at 4:30 yesterday. Danae woke me for food, then I went back to bed. This morning is better. Hopefully this afternoon will be too since I'm staying late to make up time from yesterday.

Is your BP in the normal range? It can create headaches if it's too high.

It's been in the normal range when checked. I think the last time was a few months ago. Thanks for the idea!
