Looking for interesting places to see near Regina, I found this site. It's near Valeport, SK (which seems to be more of a named place than an actual town) and I think it must be a site of industrial activity, possibly oil extraction. Any thoughts on on what this is?

I didn't find the site on the inventory of federal contaminated sites, nor on directory of current oil and gas wells (https://www.drillingmaps.com/Saskatchewan.html).

Location is
50°44'14.43"N
104°51'34.44"W

A likely former industrial site near Valeport, SK

I'm not quite sure what to make of it, with the raised lump in the middle of a depression. Google Street View shows that the depression looks like it was intentionally dug for spill retention - but I don't see any ditches or retention walls around active oil wells in the area. It's too small to be an evapouration pond, too.

They do look like storage tanks of some sort.
