Our offer on the condo has been accepted. Now we're organizing a home inspection, waiting to hear on financing from a mortgage broker, and waiting for the estoppel package for the condo association that discloses the financial (and other) stuff we need to know.

I'm kind of a wreck today, but we're making progress!
