Aug. 6th, 2004 06:09 pmI applied online with Best Buy yesterday and they have already called me to set up an interview!
Yes, it's only Best Buy, but this still makes me feel pretty good about myself. Wish me luck! I'll dress up in my nice shirt and tie and slick back my hair (Dep level 7 is pretty good and doesn't damage your hair), but I'm still more than a bit nervous about a real live interview. I'm going to bring the bunch of sample questions I got in my interviewing prep class at New Horizons to Wisconsin with me and just hope that my hair won't be an issue... Even if I don't get any more money than I listed as the minimum on my app, it's still a nice jump. Gotta save money for that future permanent place of residence...
Interview is on Monday at 2:00. I have to make sure to get up early and get all my clothes ready and stuff. Maybe I'll bring 'em with me and wash 'em in Wisconsin just to be sure... Anyway, wish me luck!
