Ford has begun taking a hard line on what end users are and aren't allowed to do. They've been locking nearly every imaginable function out via group policy.
A user just called to ask why he couldn't defrag his machine. I checked with one of our resource technicians over here; it's been locked out to admins only.
I had to send a ticket over to local support where someone will have to go and defragment the user's machine. At over ten dollars an hour. Yes, the resource technician who I confirmed the ticket routing with thought it was as funny as I did...
