At least it's a form that only needs a signature on the last page. I can steal the other pages from another submission and scan them in with it....

posicat and/or kritterfox (or anyone else), if either of you have any Dreamweaver or other HTML coding knowledge beyond doing it the hard way, I would love to tap you for some knowledge this weekend. Would you let me know?
