I was finally going to sit down and write copy for some of the SCSI controllers I'm selling. I wrote up one of the two Adaptec 29160s that I have lying around and, that completed, looked up the item on Ebay to see how current prices compare to average of around $50 I saw when last I looked a month or two ago.

Though it's a $300 unit brand new, there are, for whatever reason, stupid numbers of them up right now going for ten to fifteen dollars. *grumps* I hope it's just an uncharacteristic glut. In any case, I guess I'm going to put off doing Ebay for a while longer yet....

Misti, I'm working on your laptop today. I have dinner with my parents on Monday, but I think I can get together with you Tuesday with it. Sound good?

*smirks* I love Ebay add copy. "The item appears to be in good cosmetic condition but does show some minor signs of war (emphasis mine) from use."

So we didn't make it down to Capricon on Saturday because we were having too much fun over at posicat's place and didn't feel like getting into the cold and driving another half hour south. That's okay. Instead, we used the money that we would have spent on reg at Best Buy tonight where we bought Dance Dance Revolution Super Nova, The Who's Tommy, Civilization Four, and the first two sets of Animaniacs episodes. I'll have something to watch with Andrea for a good while while we snuggle on the couch.
