Eurorails

I'm very tired, so forgive inchoherency.

But moiracoon and just finished a full game of Eurorails. Not only did she call me home from my parents house (where akreaveter and I were playing a portion of a game of Titan) just to play a board game with her, but she seemed to have a really good time doing it! And on top of that, she kicked my ass at it and wants to play again sometime! *bounces* That's so awesome!

Sweetie, thank you so much for sharing your evening with me this way. I love you so much...

And on a side note, she and I were able to, together, name every country on the board. I feel proud of that, as a, theoretically, educated person. She was also able to help me figure out the common westernized names of some of the cities (since Mayfair printed the map with their foreign names, which I think is really cool). My mate is smart; another of the many reasons I love her.

(no subject)

I've smelled a little gas around my car for, oh, a week or so. Today, my mother pointed out that, while my car was sitting in her driveway as I played games with my brother, it left a wet spot about two feet plus across.

Did I mention that the previous fix was just a bad electrical connection? I imagine that this will be a cheap one too. Probably bad hose or something. This gas tank is plastic, unlike the one on the Olds I used to have.

Well, at least this time, unlike when the Olds developed a leak in its tank, the owners of my apartment complex won't tell me to have my abandoned vehicle (that I was driving to work every day) towed out of the lot.

On an unrelated note, I played my first full game of Titan today. I won against my brother in a fight that came down to two serpents against his titan.
