Nov. 9th, 2011 05:21 pmI just got done with my politics class, which was an interesting discussion on interest groups and the "iron triangle" of connections that exist between interest groups, government bureaucratic agencies, and legislative groups. It's a very important concept, I think, and one that I hadn't encountered.
Also, I got my Spanish test back today. I did better than I'd expected; a 95 out of 100. A mí me gusta mucho!
Tonight I'm going to a film on campus about the great difficulty many people have in rejoining society after getting out of prison due to external perception of their status. It sounded interesting and relevant to my interests already, and then I found out that we get extra credit for it in my geography class, so I'm there.
I got a page or so written on my anthro paper and will do more of that later.
We had snow today! I saw it out the window!!
