I've stood outside the building this man lives in and taken some photographs of it. It's one of the few places I've been in an urban area where I started feeling a little worried about being there myself, and that takes a lot. Maybe I shouldn't have been.
I have such a mixed array of feelings about Detroit. I miss it. I feel for it. I hope for it.
