Apr. 15th, 2012 10:52 pmI wonder if I'm going to look overqualified for things like Dollar Tree or even working as a page at the library when I have things like Network Support Analyst II on my application/resume....
I need to find a job. I realized this weekend just how tight I am on money. I have a significant amount coming via tax refund, but I have no idea when it will show up, and I need to start looking for Summer work anyway.

The cool wind rushing in through my window and rattling my blinds is lovely. It makes me a little nostalgic though, thinking of Spring and Summer nights spent in the second-floor bedroom of my house, just a few blocks away from here, a few years ago. Wind flowed in the windows on one side and out the ones on the other, carrying the scents and feel of the seasons. I often played music, something like Nick Drake on a night like this, as I cleaned or read a book, enjoying quiet time. Such a rush this span of time since moving to Chicago and back has been.
