(no subject)

I tried, but failed, to install car parts. I just don't have the tools required to remove badly rusted fasteners without stripping nuts and breaking bolts. I probably should have expected that. I'm going to try once more tomorrow after letting oil soak in, but I'm not hopeful.

But what I *do* have is a non-drivable car with a passenger side control arm that is not attached to the steering knuckle at the ball joint or the stabilizer bar anymore. I suppose it wasn't all that drivable before I started, though I could at least get around town with it. I hope it stays dry next week while I commute to archaeology field school by bicycle.
