After a year or more without turkish delight, While out with Lisa on Devon Avenue today, I found some in a Pakistani grocery. I've consumed a couple pieces of the rose flavored variety; happiness!

I have turned in my anthro theory paper, and though I have other term projects not quite done yet, I can basically relax this weekend. It's a really nice break, and I'm hoping that my brain will be more willing to be turned toward academic matters once I'm back to school on Monday.

I'm a citizen within your aldermanic district. As my academic semester at UW-Parkside comes to a close, I'm hoping to have more time in the future to think about local issues and politics. I thought a good step in that direction would be contacting you or your office to ask what sorts of upcoming issues are of concern to you and the city of Kenosha at the moment. I looked for a professional online presence for you or your office, but did not find one outside of your Facebook page. Do you have a professional, politically-focused online presence that outlines current issues of relevance to your constituency?
