Ask Me Anything
Oct. 31st, 2015 10:34 amI used to semi-regularly see people posting ask-me-anythings on Livejournal. Just an offer to answer any question asked honestly, with the caveat that the answerer may choose to respond either privately, or with a note that the answer would be too personal to provide or violate the poster's or someone else's privacy.
I don't think I ever did that, but something similar a Facebook friend posted made me think of those and how interesting they could be. It might also be a way to foster more interaction here in a venue I like. (Though I think I'll do this on Facebook too.)
I'm spending today working on school tasks. I have an outline and progress report on a term paper to do on top of all the regular weekly reading and work I haven't accomplished yet. I'll be mostly sitting in front of a computer today, but the occasional break to respond would be fun. So go ahead and ask me anything. I promise to respond either honestly, or with a brief explanation of why I choose not to answer. But really, there's not a whole lot I'm that private about. (Though I'll admit that I have just a twinge of nervousness as I go ahead and post this. It is a slightly broader and more direct openness than I'm used to.)
