Feb. 22nd, 2019 06:52 amI frequently have a headache in the afternoon, but a does of some kind of painkiller makes a big difference. Yesterday though, I spent the whole evening lying down and napping because it was way worse than usual and just wouldn't go away.
I've been wondering if it has something to with kinds of food, or blood sugar levels, or caffeine, or artificial sweeteners. It finally occurred to me, while lying in a dark room and snuggling a tiny-dog, that it may well be my glasses. I've had noticeable trouble reading the microwave or stove clocks from distances that used to be ok, but I've been putting off getting a new prescription because I don't want to spend money on it. I guess I'll finally get that process started and see if it helps.
On top of that, I still have to reschedule my dental appointment that got cancelled. It's so annoying, the way bodies are imperfect and require maintenance.
