Aug. 17th, 2019 12:56 pmI've been pretty useless in most contexts this past week. Hopefully I will become more functional by Monday.
Today, Danae and I are driving up to Kenosha after I'm doing at work to visit with my parents for the weekend.
Like, all this week I basically came home from work and slept until I had to go to work. I stayed home from work yesterday and slept until 6 o' clock before getting dinner and stuff then playing a game before going back to sleep.
My therapist said I should try and get more sleep. No problem with that so far this week. Eating better, on the other hand, I've not been as successful with.
