Ice on Doors and Windows

I tried to open the balcony sliding door to assess snow before taking the dog out. The door wouldn't open. It's iced closed and there is significant ice on the inside of the lower corner by the wall. Looks like the windows in the other rooms have ice on the bottom interior too.
