Apr. 4th, 2007 08:23 pmI finally, having gotten tired of messing with Egroupware, broke down and signed up for a Google Calendar account. It's public so that everyone can see the thing and know when I'm busy and when I'm not. Of course, not everything I'm doing is in there, but it ought to keep me a little better organized and be useful for other people to see when I'm doing things and when I'm not. I'll pursue Egroupware further another time; I have too much other stuff to do. Like figure out why this computer I'm building for my grandfather won't power on and stay on.
Here's a link to it as it stands.

It's been so long since I sent anything to the LAFF list that I forgot about Puma's policy about not accepting any SMTP traffic from dynamically assigned IP addresses. I emailed and asked really nicely for an exception for my domain. If not, I'll have to muck with forwarding my email through my ISP again if I want to send any mail there. I'd hate to have to do that, but I'll make do if I have to. I in no way begrudge another admin the right to run his systems as he sees fit.
