There are a lot of English usage issues that bug me where I work, but one of the worst offenders is this: people who punctuate a statement with a question mark. God damn! That's basic kindergarten level crap and they can't get it right. It pisses me the hell off!

Sorry; I'm just seeing a lot of today and it makes me want to scrub my brain out with steel wool.
