Oct. 16th, 2007 08:31 amI still feel pretty icky today.
I managed to get my desktop stripped and rebuilt on a hardware level. I vacuumed the case thoroughly and rerouted wires and such. Carrying the case around the house and up and down the stairs took my breath away. I'm still getting some discomfort when I breath all the way in; sort of like a rubber band around the trunk of my body at the level of the bottom of my rib cage. Because of that, I feel slightly out of breath most of the time. I'm getting minor headaches that get worse when I get up quickly. I think there may not be enough water entering my system, judging by the color of the water leaving it, but I don't have much of an appetite for food or drink.
I had some nausea last night, and, though I don't feel quite so bad right now, I still have that queasy feeling in my stomach that just makes me not want to eat much of anything. Oddly enough, I reallywanted some of the wonderful square pizza we used to get from Buddy's in Detroit last night. Andrea was a wonderful mate and went out to get deep dish from Domino's, but it was pretty disappointing, and I wonder if it didn't actually make things worse.
No particular symptom is overwhelming at the moment, but it's all got me in a sort of malaise. If I hadn't already stayed home on Friday, I'd be home today playing Nethack, or doing something else that doesn't involve leaving the bed. I haven't been up to getting my usual DDR exercise in either, and the living room and dining room are getting behind since I don't feel up to dragging the vacuum cleaner around. This sucks.
