Nov. 22nd, 2007 04:03 amI think it was because
moiracoon got out of bed first that I woke up around quarter to four this morning with the remnants of a disturbing dream in my mind. It was about eleven o' clock. I was supposed to be at school, but I'd forgotten. Not only that, but I'd been on vacation or something, and when school started again, I just forgot. I just hadn't been going. Andrea told me that if I hurried I could get there by noon, but still I was going to miss all my morning classes, and for some reason it seemed vitally important that I be there that day, regardless of how much class I'd already missed. I was going to have to talk to my teachers about how to make all of this up!
I wandered in something of a daze into the computer room where my sweetie was sitting. "I don't want to go to school today!" I warbled plaintively.
"You're twenty-eight sweetie. You don't have to go to school." she said. And, you know, it was actually a really big relief.
Well, I'm up early. Maybe I'll clean the living room. Or do some laundry. Or go back to bed. Anything but go back to school. By and large, with a very few exceptions to the rule, that was not a happy place.
