I get along with my team lead pretty well. But he, like most of my company, does not have the greatest grasp of language. *sighs* I see where we both misunderstood each other, but it all started with his first email where he expressed the question he was being asked by our new tech without being clear about where it was from. I thought it was a question that he (team lead) was asking of the new tech. From there, he probably thought I was being sarcastic in my response.

It doesn't make sense to me that it works that way. The BIOS is on the firmware on the motherboard and I thought Ghost only touched the hard drive. But I'll take your word for it.
